Photo Booths For Corporate Events

  • How will my guests receive their photos/videos?
    Apart from physical prints, your guests will be able to email and text photos, GIFs and 360 videos straight from the booth to their phones. This will allow them to save and share all of their amazing captures via social media in return increasing engagement and spreading awareness for your event!
  • Will there be someone on site operating the booths?
    Yes, we will have someone from our team on site the whole duration the booth is hired.
  • How long is setup time for the booths?
    For both, the Photo Booths and the 360 Video Booths, please allow an hour for set up and 30-45 minutes for take down.
  • How many prints can I have during my event?
    Unlimited prints! You will also be provided with an online gallery of all photos taken throughout the event.
  • Is the setup time included in the packages?
    The booth is set up an hour before the run time starts and is all included in the cost. If you book a 3 hour package, that is 1 hour for setup and 3 hours of run time.
  • How much space is required for our booths?
    Photo Booth: We need at least 10 by 10 feet, access to a single power outlet, and level ground. Please note our backdrop stands are 8 feet in height. 360 Video Booth: We need at least 10 feet by 10 feet, access to a single power outlet, and level ground.
  • Can the booths be setup hours before my event starts?
    Yes! And it is great to have the booth set up so it looks good until it is used later in the night. We do charge an idle fee of $50 per hour for when the booth fully setup but not active.
  • Can we supply our own backdrop or props?
    Definitely. Choose a non reflective surface if possible. Good idea to brainstorm with your event planner as well.
  • Are we insured?
    Absolutely! We are licensed and insured up to $2,000,000 and can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue.
